Since our case before the High Court during February, 2018, as usual, paid news reporter Sandhya Ravishankar published one Article to prejudice the judiciary in a sell media, the media which did not give either their mail id or conduct phone number etc., But people can post their comments in their website only. This alone will establish that this is a shell media. We came to know about the false news only today. Immediately we registered our objection to the sell media website with a request to publish the same. We know that, they will not publish this. So for the information of our members, I post our objection below.

published on the above said caption. I don’t know you are also colluded with
Sandhya for the above said heading. How
other governments lobbying for lift of ban on illegal beach sand
mining. Does you know about the meaning?

In fact, Sandhya Ravishankar is gang
member who are threatening industrialist in a modern way and demand money. They
all are criminals. Retired IAS officers and IPS officers also in the part
of gang. They will collect money and share among them. A small portion is
spend to the fellow reporters and some digital shell media’s. Some printed
media’s who did not receive any advertisement from Mr.S.Vaikundarajan group
companies also joined with them. Some of
the officials who are in service also by misusing the power do some wrong. You

will establish that, one district Collector has done wrong as per the advice of
the Retd. IAS officer who is also a gang member. You can also find out the

A sizeable gang joined hands and is
continuously harassing VV Mineral and its owner Mr. Vaikundarajan.
This gang operates FOR MONEY comprises
of VVM competitor Daya Devadas, an ILLEGAL MINOR, and retired government
officials like Ramanujam, IPS, Sundaram, IAS, Prof.Victor Rajamanickam,
Danuskodi Adithan, EX.Central Minister and also some officers in power. Foreign
competitors also in this gang, who spend
money through peoples like Sandhya to give trouble to VV Mineral as, they loose
their ground in the international market.
Sandhya Ravisankar joined this gang
through her close friend Radhika, daughter of Sundaram IAS. The above combo of
rivals of VV Mineral with paid news writers Sandhya Ravisankar and
more freelancers, brings up false allegations against VV Mineral. The ultimate
motive is to spoil the fame of Mr. Vaikundarajan and to destroy his business
and to prejudice the judiciary as well as Government against VV Mineral.
Sandhya’s Husband company delta4cast demand some contract in News 7 Tamil which
is not awarded. This personal enmity also one of the reason.
Sandhya Ravisankar has been
continuously placing false allegations against VV Mineral, without any proof.
Her article is fully based on her imaginations, false figures and a TOTAL
COOKED UP STORY. VV Mineral have expressed its objection by mail and also
filed a criminal case CC 37/2016 with Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli. VV
Mineral has soo many proofs, which shows the motive of Sandhya Ravisankar. The
proofs will be submitted in the court when the case comes for hearing.
Sandhya Ravisankar, wisely brings up
something against VVM to the public, whenever VV Mineral's case is expected for
hearing. The motive is to prejudice the judiciary and thereby get negative
order against VV Mineral. Since, there is a case will be listed during
February, to prejudice the judiciary as well as the Government, she has created
this false news.
So many journals have published stories
against VV Mineral. When we send them the replies, they were satisfied, carried
our replies and published them too. Already Sandhya published a false news in
the Economic Times, when we send reply they themselves accept that, the facts

VV Mineral has sent so many replies to
"THE WIRE" and also to Sandhya Ravisankar, which were NEITHER
CONSIDERED NOR PUBLISHED. So without any alternative, we have filed criminal
cases against both of them in the court of law. Hence Sandhya took your media
to publish the false news.
There is no fault with VV Mineral and
it is always operating as per the rules and regulations of the Government. VVM
will prove this and come out of all such allegation very soon.
In the Mafia Gang, some Retired IAS,
IPS officers also members including Mr.Ramanujam, Retd. DGP. Ramanujam and
Sandhya Ravishankar will regularly meet in a coffee shop namely ANOKHI CAFÉ
opposite to Park Plaza Hotel in the smoking zone and they prepare the criminal
plan. We are having sufficient evidences and we instruct our advocates to file
criminal complaints against Sandhya as well as Ramanujam. By smelling the same,
Sandhya has filed a civil case against VV Mineral which is also still pending.

Sandhya who is the mafia gang member send any news against VV Mineral or
Mr.S.Vaikundarajan, please don’t publish without documentary evidence.
Otherwise we have no option except to take legal actions in accordance with
law.
In this news also, some of the retired officers who may be gang members
names were used. But cunningly, the isotope of Thorium available in the
monazite, is not mentioned by her wantonly.
In fact, the monazite is used only for production of rare earths and Govt.,
of India company itself stop the monazite production from 2004 itself. The article is a master plan to usurp this
beach mineral industry. One officer name, Thanga Muniyasamy who is also a gang
member take the sample without our presence and prepare false reports. According
to law the samples should be drown in the presence of the lessee and a counter
sample to be handed over to the lessee with seal and signature of the authority
which is not complied in respect of VV Mineral case with ulterior motive. So VV
Mineral filed writ petition before the Honourable High Court which is still
pending. So whatever allegation made by Sandhya in the article is prepared by
Thangamuniyasamy in colluded with Sandhya. Previously also the same take place

If you go through the minors response you can find out the first
question Sandhya did not put the word of
“Illegal”. Whereas in the heading that word is put in
ulterior motive. Since the matter is pending before court of law, we could not
put forth the facts to you.
