07.05.2018 அன்று சந்தியா ரவிசங்கர் என்னும் அந்நிய தாது மணல் நிறுவனங்களிடம் தமிழக தாது மணல் தொழில்களை நிறுத்துவதற்கு என்று பணம் பெற்று வரும் ஊடகவியலாளர் ஒரு செய்தி வெளியிட்டு இருந்தார். அதில் தமிழக தாது மணல் கம்பெனிகள் தகவல் அறியும் உரிமை சட்டத்தில் இந்திய அரசு அமைத்த அதிகாரிகளின் ஆய்வறிக்கையை பெற்று அதனை நீதிமன்றத்தில் சமர்பித்துள்ளார்கள். அந்த மத்திய அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மாநில அரசு அதிகாரிகளோடு சேர்ந்து கூட்டாய்வு செய்ததில் எந்த தவறும் நடக்கவில்லை என்பதை சுட்டி காட்டி இருக்கிறார்கள் என்றும் ஆனால் உண்மையில் ககன்தீப் சிங் பேடி என்னும் தமிழக அரசு நியமித்த அதிகாரி அறிக்;கையில் 90 லட்சம் கோடி (90 ட்ரில்லியன் மெட்ரிக் டன்) கனிமங்கள் 575 ஏக்கரில் இருந்து குவாரி செய்யப் பட்டதாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் அறிக்கை சமர்பித்துள்ளதாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். ககன்தீப் சிங் பேடி சேரன்மகாதேவி சார் ஆட்சியராக இருக்கும் போது நேரடியாக ஏற்பட்ட விரோதத்தின் காரணத்தால் அவர் தவறான அறிக்கை அளிப்பார். எனவே வேறு அதிகாரிகளை நியமிக்க வேண்டும் என்று உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் விவி மினரல் நிறுவனம் மற்றும் டிரான்ஸ்வேர்ல்டு நிறுவனம் மனு செய்து அந்த முன் பகையை நிரூபிக்கும் ஆவணங்களில் திருப்தியுற்ற உயர்நீதிமன்றம் வேறு மாநில ஓய்வு பெற்ற உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி ஆய்வு செய்து அறிக்கை அனுப்ப வேண்டும் என உத்தரவிட்டார். தாங்கள் நினைத்தது போல் அறிக்கை எழுதி வாங்கி ஆற்று மணல் போல் தாதுமணலிலும் கொள்ளை அடிக்க முடியாதே என்பதை உணர்ந்த நிழல் உலகத்தினர் உடனடியாக அதற்கு அரசு மூலம் தடை உத்தரவு பெற்று கடந்த நான்கு வருடங்களாக வழக்கை நடத்தாமல் இழுத்தடிப்பு செய்து வருகிறார்கள்.

நண்பர்களே அந்த அளவு கனிமத்தை 575 ஏக்கரில் இருந்து குவாரி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றால் இருபத்து மூன்றாயிரம் கிலோமீட்டர் (23,000 கி.மீ) ஆழத்திற்கு குவாரி செய்ய வேண்டும். அதாவது நாம் 12,740 கிலோ மீட்டர் ஆழம் தோண்டினாலே பூமியின் மறுபக்கம் வந்து விடும். அப்படியானால் எவ்வளவு கற்பனையாக விவி நிறுவனத்திற்கு எதிராக அறிக்கையை அதிகாரிகள் மூலம் தயாரிக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை பாருங்கள்.
சரி அந்த 575 ஹெக்டேர் என்பது தவறு என வாதம் செய்யலாம். நண்பர்களே தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள மொத்த கடற்கரை நீளமான 1200 கிலோ மீட்டர் நீளத்திலும், ஒரு கிலோமீட்டர் அகலத்திலும், 47 கிலோமீட்டர் ஆழம் தோண்டினால் தான் ககன்தீப் சிங் பேடி அறிக்கையில் கண்ட அளவை எட்டமுடியும். கற்பனை செய்து பாருங்கள். தாது மணல் தொழிலுக்கு எதிராக எவ்வாறு திட்டமிட்டு பொய்யான அறிக்கைகள் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு கற்பூர புத்தியினரின் உதவியோடு திட்டமிட்டு பொய் பிரச்சாரம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இதற்கு காரணம் என்ன என்பது கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
முன்பு மாவட்டம் தோறும் ஆற்று மணலுக்கு எல்லா நிறுவனங்களும் போட்டி போடும். கலெக்டர் ஏலம் நடத்துவார். ஏலத்தில் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள் ஆற்று மணலை அள்ளி விற்பார்கள். ஒரு லோடு மணல் 40 முதல் 50 ரூபாய் வரை விற்கப் பட்டது. மாவட்டத்தில் சுமார் 15 குத்தகைதாரர்கள் சுமார் 10 முதல் 15 நபர்களை பங்காக சேர்த்து இந்த ஏலம் எடுப்பார்கள். இதன் மூலம் மாவட்டத்தில் சுமார் 150 நபர்கள் பலன் அடைந்தார்கள். தவறு செய்தால் கலெக்டரே இதனை ரத்து செய்ய முடியும். இத்தனை பேருடைய வருமானத்தையும் ஒரே நபர் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என அரசின் நிழல் உலகம் முடிவு செய்தது. எனவே உடனடியாக உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு வழக்கு தொடர வைத்து அந்த வழக்கில் இவர்களுக்கு வேண்டிய ஒரு அதிகாரியை ஆணையராக நியமித்து ஒரு அறிக்கை பெற்றார்கள். அதில் தனியார் மணல் அள்ளுவதை நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் அரசே மணல் அள்ளி விற்பனை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் அறிக்கையில் எழுதி வாங்கினார்கள். அந்த அறிக்கையை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒப்புக் கொள்வதாக அரசு சொல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவோடு அரசு ஆற்று மணல் தொழிலில் இறங்கியது. முதல் ஒரு வாரம் பொது மக்களுக்கு வரிசையில் நின்று மணலை வினியோகித்தார்கள். இப்போது நடப்பது உங்களுக்கு தெரியும். ஆறுகள் சூறையாடப்படுகின்றன. 700 ரூபாய் என்ற கணக்கில் அரசுக்கு சில ஆயிரம் லாரி லோடுகள் என பணம் செலுத்தப்பட்டு பல லட்சம் லாரி லோடுகள் கணக்கின்றி தோண்டப் பட்டு ஒரு லோடு 40000 முதல் 50000 ரூபாய் வரை தமிழ்நாட்டில் விற்கப்படுகிறது. வேறு மாநிலத்தில் தனி ரேட். இந்த பணம் முழுவதும் நிழல் உலகத்திற்கு செல்கிறது. இந்த ஆற்று மணல் போல் தாது மணலையும் சுவாகா செய்வதற்காக தான் தற்போதைய வழக்கு, விசாரணை அதிகாரி எல்லாம். இதன் பின்னணியில் வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை. உண்மையில் தவறு நடந்திருக்கிறதா என்பதை கண்டறிவதற்கு உயர்நீதிமன்ற தனி நீதிபதி வேறு மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு ஓய்வு பெற்ற உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதியை நியமித்தார். அவர் வந்து ஆய்வு செய்தால் அரசு நினைத்தது போல் அறிக்கை எழுதி சுவாகா செய்ய முடியாது என்பதற்காக அரசு எப்படி மலேசியா மணலுக்கு தனி நீதிபதி உத்தரவிற்கு தடை பெற்றதோ அதே போல் இந்த இனத்திலும் தனி நீதிபதி உத்தரவிற்கு தடை பெற்றது. அதோடு மட்டும் இருக்கவில்லை. அந்த நிழல் உலகத்தினரின் ஜாதியை சேர்ந்த அவர்களது உறவினர் கருணாகரன் என்பவரை திருநெல்வேலி கலெக்டராகவும், பழனிசாமி என்பவரை சுரங்கத்துறை இயக்குனராகவும் நியமித்து பொய்யான அறிக்கைகளை எழுதி வாங்கி நீதித்துறையை நம்ப வைப்பதற்காக மறைமுகமாக பொய் பிரச்சாரத்தில் ஈடுபட்டது.
மேற்கண்டவாறு திட்டமிட்டு பொய் பிரச்சாரம் செய்யும் பத்திரிக்கைக்கு ஒரு மறுப்பு அனுப்பப் பட்டது. அந்த மறுப்பு மின் அஞ்சல் உறுப்பினர்கள் தெரிந்து கொள்ள கீழே பதிவு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளது.

We have gone through the article topic starts about “REVEALED: How Tamil Nadu Officials Made Up A Report To Aid Illegal Sand-Mining” published on 7th May 2018 written by Sandhya Ravishankar. We want to register our condemned in this regard as described below on behalf of our association.
You have to publish the article after verifying the facts behind any matter including beach sand mining what she have written about in this article. We hope that, you may not aware about Beach Sand Mining in Tamil Nadu especially southern parts of Tamil Nadu what is exactly going on there. But you have published false reports/article based on paid reporter Sandhya Ravisankar.
What are the Major Benefits of Beach Sand Industry??
Beach sand mining is carrying out in Southern Districts from the year 1985 with State and Central Government approval including Environment clearances especially V.V.Mineral and other companies. Beach mineral Industries brought millions of dollars foreign exchange to our nation every year and provide employment more than 50000 employees with social development activities lot in the rain shadow area of Southern District especially in Radhapuram Taluk Tirunelveli District where as there is no other industry in this region due to water scarcity.
Now, the beach mineral mining was temporarily stopped by Government of Tamilnadu from September 2013 onward where as there is no power to State Government for the stoppage of first schedule mining operation. This is because of the nexus between some corrupted officials and some business competitors.
Further, you have to mainly note that, the beach mineral mining operation alone was temporarily stopped and there is no ban for using the existing mined materials and export the same which were extracted before stoppage mining operation. Hence, the export of beach minerals after temporarily mining stoppage does not mean its “ill-legal export”. These minerals were quarried and brought to their factory before stoppage of mining only after paid royalty to the Government. Hence, there is no question of “ill-legal sand mining too”. When the fact is so, how can she write about “ill-legal sand mining” in the article. Its very ridiculous and condemned too by our employees association.
How its Legally mined and exported beach minerals:
Actually, we want to share about one of the facts to clear pictures of beach mineral mining and export. Our V.V.Mineral Company has obtained permit for more than 98.80 Lakhs tons of materials from the Department of Geology & Mining from the year 2000 to September 2013 up to stoppage of mining operation and transported the same to the factory from its 36 mining leases in Tamilnadu. In the meanwhile, V.V.Mineral has sold/exported 59.27 Lakhs of beach sand minerals up to December 2016. So, they have 39.53 Lakhs tons of materials in their factory to process and export. Please don’t publish false reports based on the voice of paid reporters. It will affect our employees family, children and their education and also our nation and industry growth too.
Who is Ravi sankar & Sandhya Ravisankar?
In fact, Sandhya Ravishankar is gang member who are threatening industrialist in a modern way and demand money. Both are criminals and they have tied up with retired IAS officers and IPS officers. They are also in the part of gang. They will collect money and share among them. A small portion is spending to the fellow reporters and some digital media’s. Some printed media’s who did not receive any advertisement from Mr.S.Vaikundarajan group companies also joined with them. The officers who are in service also by misusing the power do some wrong. As an ultimate move, now she has joined in glove with Mr. Vivek Jeyaraman group. Whole Tamil Nadu knows about Vivek Jeayaraman, who is acting under the active chairmanship of Mr. Dhivakaran and this group is well known as River Sand Mafia in Tamil Nadu. Previously the same Sandhya Ravishankar wrote against them. Since both were meet and get huge money, now you can find out that, every post, Sandhya Ravishankar prise Vivek Jeyaraman as an industrialist. So she can do anything for money.
They are the gang operating the river sand in the name of Government mining. Like that they want to take beach mineral also. So this work was entrusted to Sandhya Ravishankar who has got huge money from overseas and Indian competitors to stop the Tamilnadu Beach Mineral Exporters.

There is enmity with Gagandeep Singh Bedi from 1995 itself. You can find out the following documents which will establish the enmity between Mr.Vaikundarajan of VV Mineral and Gagandeep Singh Bedi.
After satisfying the enemity between Bedi and Vaikundarajan, the Honourable High Court nominate other state Retd. High Court judge, in the place of Gagandeep Singh Bedi to inspect and submit report. If the Retd. High court judge is inspected, then he will give correct report. So the Govt., could not usurp the industries by submitting the false report as done in the river sand case. So immediately they have filed writ appeal and got stay order. To avoid the appeal coming for trial, this Divakaran Group appointed one of his relative as District Collector and one as Commissioner of Geology and Mining and created lot of false reports without following any rule or regulation or procedure. This Sandhya Ravishankar is very close to that people also, as, they all are gang members. In fact, Gagandeep Singh Bedi report was created without following the procedure laid down by law. Moreover whether Gagandeep Singh Bedi can inspect or not is a subject matter in the writ appeal pending before the High Court of Judicature.
Sandhiya is saying that, soon after, the mining lobby quietly filed a Right to Information request and obtained a copy of this report. What is the wrong in getting the report under RTI Act?
Do you know how the river sand goes to Government’s hand for looting the rivers?
When the private persons were quarrying at District Level, the District Collector can able to take action. The shadow Govt., people want to usurp this industry. So they make arrangement to file a writ petition in the High Court. The Government appointed one committee and submitted a report in the High Court that the river sand should be mined by Government. The High Court also ordered accordingly. Now in the name of government, PWD department, the shadow people are minting money by looting all the rivers. They want to implement the same method in the beach sand also. So they approached Sandhya, who were appointed by Tamilnadu Beach Mineral Industries competitors and they all join together and create false stories. This is also one of the false story.
Sandhiya talking lot about Mr. Suresh, Amicus Curie. You don’t know that, the amicus Suresh himself was appeared against VV Mineral in the previous PIL on behalf of Sandhya’s Gang Member V.Sundaram Retd.IAS.
In addition to, he has already submitted lot of reports as a member in the PUCL to stop the beach mineral mining operation. If he is really a fair and conscious advocate, it is the duty of him that, he has already appeared against some parties in the PIL, so he could not continue as amicus. But since he has some bitter experience with some of the companies during 1995, he want to revenge the same, so without revealing the fact before the court, he has prepared a report by taking two reports as a basis. One is District Collector Karunakaran Report and another one is Gagandeep Singh Bedi report. Both reports were prepared behind the back of the lessees. No proper notices, show cause notice and notice for inspection were issued. No proper procedures enumerated under law have been followed. But both officials created the report according to the advice of the amicus and before it came to other parties, the gang member Sandhya could able to get the same and use it for mudsling against Tamilnadu beach mineral Industries.
In the news published, Sandhya has wrote that some officials were suspended. Do you know that, in Tamilnadu politics, if the Govt., particularly the politicians want to revenge some people, they can go on any extend. A cousin of the High Court Judge was arrested on narcotic case, since the High Court judge refused to pend before the politician. So suspension officials for vindictive reasons are normal. She has to point out what are the violations or illegalness on the report she mentioned. Does she ready to publish the said report on your media and point out the wrong thing on this report?
She speaks about some letter and note files. She can able to get any letter from any office as, she is very close to the shadow government who want to swallow this beach mineral industry. Without pointing out a single violation on that report, she has used mudsling as done in the previous cases.
Until now, we think that, the people from US have conscious. Now seeing this news only, we can able to find out that, there are some black sheep in US also. “An ordinary lay man too calculate that, to mine 90 Trillion M.ton from 575 Acres of land, it should goes up to 23,000 kilometer deep. But the total distance of the equator is 12,740 kms alone”. In case the above said quantity has to be mined from all over the Tamilnadu Beach of 1200 Kms with width of 0.5 kms, it should be mined atleast 93 kms depth. Is it possible?
Is it fare such type of false news to destroy our nation’s industries?
All over the world, the total beach mineral consumption is only 2.5 million M.Tons per year. You can imagine how the balance quantity will be used or stored. If stored where?

Sandhya Ravishankar, wisely brings up something against VVM to the public, whenever VV Mineral's case is expected for hearing. The motive is to prejudice the judiciary and thereby get negative order against VV Mineral and Indian beach mineral industries.
There is no fault with any of the beach mineral Industries from Tamilnadu. But the then shadow government want to usurp this industry just like they done in river sand industry by submitting a false report in the court, stating that, it should be done by Government and in the name of government, the gang want to loot this beach mineral industries also just like looting the river sands in Tamilnadu. In coming days, if paid news reporter Sandhya Ravisankar or their gang members who is the mafia gang member send any news against beach mineral industry or any particular mining company, please refer it to us or VV Mineral or Beach mineral producers Association. So that, we will give you the full picture with documentary evidences. Otherwise we have no option except to take legal actions in accordance with law. For the matter published by Sandhya in WIRE, already two criminal cases were filed against her and WIRE and both are pending in the judicial magistrate court.
